Despre mine

I am a professional coach, mother, entrepreneur, partner, daughter and a few other roles. Former Senior HR professional with + 10 years track record in human resources. Two career changes, practicing professional coaching since 2017 with individuals and teams, the main themes are career coaching, transition coaching, work life balance, improving relationships, team coaching. As a coach my goal is to offer my client an outside perspective on own mindsets and attitudes in a way that invites for reflection and change. I invite for a safe space where the client can be true and vulnerable in pursue of wellbeing, clarity and sense as the foundation of any endeavored transformation. I accompany the client into translating own insights into concrete actions towards the desired output. I bring in this space a touch of humor, kindness and candidness as well as the promise of value authenticity and professionalism. Passionate about reading, neuroscience, music, parenting, psychology and enjoying life!
