Inspirata de generatiiile tinere precum generatia Z si de modul lor de gandire, in ultimii doi ani m-am specializat in consilierea vocationala a adolescentilor. Altfel spus, ii ajut pe elevi sa isi descopere punctele forte, sa isi dezvolte abilitatile personale cat si academice, si sa invete cum sa se organizeze mai bine pentru a-si atinge rezultatele dorite.

Am lucrat cu peste 100 de adolescenti, fiecare avand o personalitate unica. In acest fel, am invatat sa pun accent pe relatia terapeutica, iar abordarea din timpul sedintelor sa fie mereu calda si deschisa, intotdeauna adaptata la nevoile clientului. 

Pe langa experienta cu adolescentii, am avut ocazia sa lucrez cu adulti si sa ii ajut sa depaseasca diverse probleme, atat personale cat si profesionale.  Prin urmare, am inclinat catre gasirea unor mecanisme sanatoase de coping pentru a ii ajuta sa faca fata stresului, dar si pentru a duce o viata cat mai echilibrata si pentru a integra tehnici ajutatoare de wellbeing in cat mai multe domenii din viata lor.

I am Raluca, a personal development counselor and educational advisor who is excited to meet you!

Over the past two years, I have specialised in vocational and educational counseling for adolescents, as I was deeply inspired by the younger generations, such as Gen Z, and their unique ways of thinking. Thus, I decided to help students discover their strengths, develop their personal and academic abilities, and learn how to organize themselves better to achieve the desired results.

I have worked with over 100 adolescents, each with a unique personality. In this way, I have learned to focus on the therapeutic relationship. Nonetheless, my approach during counseling sessions is always warm and open, adapted to the client's needs.
