Complete the Athens scale for insomnia; this is a quick test used to detect the presence and severity of insomnia.
Can't fall asleep lately or do you constantly wake up during the night? If this is happening too often it could be a sign that you are suffering from insomnia.
You have insomnia if you regularly:

- lie awake at night
- wake up early and cannot go back to sleep
- still feel tired after waking up
- find it hard to nap during the day even though you're tired
- feel tired and irritable during the day
- find it difficult to concentrate during the day because you're tired.
Insomnia is a sleep disorder and one of the most common affections in the modern era. When there is no diagnosis or treatment it can affect the cardiovascular system and/or increase the risk of obesity.
Take the Athens Scale to evaluate the presence or severity of insomnia. Please answer every question as accurately as possible and let's find the way to a better sleep. :)
ZASTRZEŻENIE: The Athens scale was first developed and used in 2000 by a group of researchers from Athens, Greece. The scale assesses the severity of insomnia using diagnostic criteria set forth by the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). The eight-item questionnaire evaluates sleep onset, night and early-morning waking, sleep time, sleep quality, frequency and duration of complaints, distress caused by the experience of insomnia, and interference with daily functioning. For a diagnosis, please consult a physician.
